Nominate Your Champion Tree

The Kansas Champion Tree Program contains a list of the largest trees of the various species in our state so they can be identified, preserved, and enjoyed by all. The Champion Trees list contains species that are native to Kansas, as well as some that have been introduced here.

Your help is needed to locate, document, and preserve outstanding trees in Kansas. If you know of a potential Champion Tree, please bring it to our attention using use our online nomination form below.

To nominate a Champion Tree, simply fill out this form and click the "Submit Nomination" button at the bottom.  Your nomination will be officially measured and recorded, with the results being forwarded to you.
