Rate includes breakfast buffet for each guest.

The Bluemont Hotel provides airport shuttle service to/from Manhattan Regional Airport (MHK) between the hours of 7am–10pm, based on appointment only, with 24-hour notice.

Agency Purchase Order: Before submitting your registration to your business office for processing, please fax a copy of your registration form to Conference Registration at 785-532-2422. Please provide the actual copy of the APO as soon as it is available.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your registration, please do so by January 17, 2017. Substitutions are accepted. Registration fees, less a $10 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received in the conference registration office by January 17. To modify or cancel your registration, please send a written request to registration@k-state.edu with the subject line “Great Plains Agroforestry Leaders.” Due to guarantees we must give prior to the conference, refunds are not available after January 17. Registered participants who do not cancel their registration in writing by January 17 are responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.

Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.
