Community Forestry Profiles

Tim McDonnell is the Community Forester covering 27 counties in South Central and Southeast Kansas.  He has been involved in the Horticulture Industry for over 25 years with experience in Landscape Design and Installation, Garden Center Operations and Nursery Production.  He is both a Kansas Certified Nurseryman and Arborist, and Past President of the Kansas Nursery and Landscape Association.  His primary responsibilities are assisting communities with the management of their urban canopy, and offers support for the nursery industry.  Tim is stationed at the John C. Pair Horticulture Center, which is both a regional and national horticulture research facility.
