She assists employees with purchases and is responsible for invoice payments, federal grant applications, and federal reimbursement documents. She maintains budgets on each of the department FRS accounts and assists with travel arrangements, along with maintaining department inventory. Sandy Chandler is a native of Manhattan KS. She started with Kansas State University in 1973 and joined the Kansas Forest Service in 1983. |
