Certified Arborists are professionals that specialize in the care and maintenance of trees. Arborists can do this by providing private landowners with recommendations and care for their trees . At the Kansas Forest Service we recommend Kansans to find a certified arborist when contracting tree care or removal. The leading authorities for certifying arborists in Kansas are the Kansas Arborist Association and Midwest International Society of Arboriculture.
