Conservation Trees and Shrubs

The Kansas Forest Service maintains and operates a conservation seedling nursery where a variety of tree and shrub species are produced, procured and distributed for conservation plantings in Kansas and surrounding states. The seedlings are available to both public and private entities or individuals that are committed to conservation-related projects including for: woodlots, windbreaks, educational purposes, riparian/streambank vegetation, Christmas tree production, wildlife enhancement and timber production.
