Kylie Rethman
Human Resources Representative
Kylie is the Human Resources Representative at the Kansas Forest Service. She grew up in Seneca, KS and then went to Kansas State University to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and a minor in Leadership Studies. After graduating, she began working for KFS in 2015 and loves being a part of the growth of an agency that offers so much to the State of Kansas as well as being a part of the K-State family. Kylie transitioned to working remotely from Tacoma, Washington in 2021. Outside of work she enjoys reading, playing music, cross stitching, volunteering at the local animal rescue, hiking, and paddle boarding.
